We’re back,

but with a little change…

The health and safety of our customers and team are important to us. We’ve revised our COVID-19 health and safety plan based on the recommendations provided by WorkSafe BC and the Public Health Orders.

How we can keep our community safe

  • Everyone in the store is required to keep their face masks on unless seated at a table.

  • Co-mingling with groups at other tables are not allowed.

  • Social distancing is to be observed anywhere at the store.

  • Customers are encouraged to sanitize upon entering the store.

  • Contactless payment and online delivery are available.

  • Please do not enter the store if you or anyone in your group has:

    • Any COVID-19 symptoms – Dry cough, fever, sore throat, tiredness, loss of taste or smell, etc.

    • Been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19

    • Traveled outside of Canada within the last 14 days

What We're Doing In Stores

Reduce Capacity & Physical Distancing

  • Our customer occupancy is limited to 15 people.

  • Tables for dining are spaced 6 ft apart with room to walk in-between.

  • Customers are guided by staff through the store so as to limit the crisscrossing of customers amongst themselves.

  • Groups larger than 6 will not be permitted.

Safer Environment

  • Face masks are mandatory for all customers and employees in all areas of the store at all times, unless seated at the table.

  • Hand sanitizer stations are placed at high touch points and available for customers and employees throughout the restaurant.

  • We have plexiglass barriers in place in front of the cashier and along the serving counter in front of the espresso machine.

  • In the grocery and dining area, we have floor decals in place to encourage social distancing.

  • Team members are instructed to stay home if unwell.

  • Any guests that show signs of illness will be asked to return when they are well.

  • All employees are to wash their hands after coming into contact with the tools or surfaces outside their work station.

  • We maintain a “steady-state” schedule which keeps the shifts consistent among team members and has the effect of limiting the combinations of staff that interacts with each other.

Increased Sanitation

  • We will regularly sanitize areas (such as the grocery counter, debit machines and washrooms) that are frequently used by customers.

  • High touch items such as utensils, napkins, and coffee supplies are kept behind the counter to reduce the risk of spread amongst customers.

  • Each work station has its own supplies and equipment that will only be used by the respective employee. The employee is responsible for sanitizing and keeping their work station clean.

We look forward to seeing you guys back in stores! Stay safe, stay healthy.
