Our Story_
At Jo's, we've collected our family's favorites to serve in a friendly and convenient space. We focus on the time-honored classics and try our best to do them the right way - we slice our sandwiches to order, cook our pastas sauces from scratch, and make a great Italian soda. We make the same things the same way as we do at home - hope you enjoy!
WHERE IT
ALL Began_
Jo's first opened in our current Chilliwack location in the spring of 2018. We started small with a menu of four sandwiches and a limited selection of imported Italian grocery items. The community embraced us and over time we rummaged through our family's recipe books to grow our menu to where it is today.
A Family_ AFFAIR
Our current offering has been a family affair in the making. Before Jo's was ever an idea, Jo had made her signature red sauce hundreds of times for her family and friends. The same is true for our meatballs, which are Jo's mother's creation.
For both the ingredients used in menu and those stocked in our grocery section, what you see in store is the same as you'd see in our home. We call this "home quality" and it's what allows us to serve homemade food at fair prices, just like you do for your family.
UNTIL Next_ TIME
Today it's our growing team's goal to be the favourite everyday place in each neighborhood we belong to. We aim to keep serving the same staple foods to a growing number of guests and friends in a casual, convenient, and friendly space.
