JOIN THE Team!
Our goal at Jo's is to be the favourite everyday restaurant in each neighborhood we belong to. We do this by making from scratch and serving our time-tested staple menu items, quickly, with care, and in a friendly way - none of which is possible without a great team.
We train and promote our team members from within to carry out the number of roles that exist within Jo’s – from serving customers to making espresso, cooking pasta, making sandwiches, and leadership responsibilities.
Whether you’re a student looking for an entry level role, a food service veteran, or anywhere in between, we have a role designed with you in mind.

While we love to cross-train as much as possible, generally speaking, Team Members join one of the Service, Kitchen, or Bakery teams to learn the basics and grow from there. Each team has entry level roles and leadership opportunities available, so whatever your background, if you like being part of a team, care about providing a great experience, and are a “fast-walker”, we’d love to talk to you!
SERVICE
Team_
Our Service Teams are the front face of the restaurant. From greeting guests, to taking orders, making drinks, and hosting the dining room, our Service Teams work to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
KITCHEN
Team_
Our Kitchen Teams work hard to make our sandwiches, pastas, and salads to order quickly, with care, and to keep our kitchens clean. They prep from scratch and cook to order by working together as a team to make sure every customer receives good food, fast.
BAKERY
Team_
Our Bakery Teams make all the bread and pasta used in the delis from scratch. From mixing, shaping, and baking bread to extruding pasta the Bakery Team works to provide our Kitchen Teams and guests with consistently great quality bread and pasta, on time, every day.
